We offer nationwide shipping, ensuring that cat owners from all corners of the country can enjoy our products. If you have any doubts about whether we ship to your city, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.
We keep our most popular products in stock, allowing us to ship them to you as soon as possible. For products that are tailored to your specific desires, delivery times may vary.
We understand that you may not always be available to receive your delivery. That's why we offer flexible options to accommodate your schedule. If you expect to be away when your order is scheduled for delivery, you can contact our customer service team to arrange for your goods to be kept in our warehouse until you return from vacation. Alternatively, we can leave the item in a safe place of your choosing. Simply reach out to us after placing your order, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
To keep costs down, our delivery partners will deliver your entire order at once. If you have ordered multiple items with varying delivery times, the longest delivery time will determine the total delivery time for your order. However, if you would like certain items to be delivered earlier, we can arrange for phased delivery. Please contact our customer service team via email at info@pikapet.com.au to discuss your preferences.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirming your order details, including shipping and delivery times for each item. When your item is ready for shipment, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information. This email will provide you with your tracking number, the date and time of your order, the status of the order, estimated shipping and delivery dates, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have already shipped.
The delivery date provided is an estimate based on when your payment has been received. Your items will be shipped as they become available. Our shipping rates and delivery estimates are as follows
For Metro AreaAs soon as your item(s) have shipped, we will send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the estimated delivery date and tracking number. If you need more details or assistance with tracking your order, please email info@pikapet.com.au or call 03-9334-5038.
We also provide local delivery in most area in Melbourne Metro. We have local same day delivery available on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please check if your postcode is within our local delivery range at shopping cart page.
Free local Delivery applies to orders $59 and over if your address is within our local delivery range. For orders less than $59, a local delivery fee of $9.95 (CBD and surroundings), or $12.95(other areas) will be applied.

Delivery time: About 4:00 - 8:30pm
For Melbourne Other Areas
Cut off time: 12pm
Delivery time: About 12:00 - 5:00pm
To ensure a smooth delivery process, no signature is required upon delivery. If you are not home to accept the delivery, our carrier will leave your package with the building manager or in a secure location. We will take a photo of the delivered package and send it to you via SMS, followed by a phone call to confirm delivery.
