In 2017, what began as a small side hustle selling pet products on eBay quickly grew. But soon we realized: big platforms couldn’t offer what local pet parents truly needed—speed, connection, and care.

So we tried something different: we started taking orders via WeChat and personally delivered them across Melbourne. This was the beginning of a more personal, community-first way of serving pet lovers.

As more pet parents joined our journey, we launched a online store to make shopping easier. In 2023, we opened our first local store in Collingwood for trial operations—and launched our official website to reach even more customers across Australia.

In 2024, we were incredibly honoured to be named the East Melbourne Local Business Award Winner—a moment that reminded us how far we’ve come, thanks to our customers, community, and our love for pets.

From one small cat to a full pet-loving team, our story is just getting started.
