What to expect

Each visit is booked around your pet, not around a production line. Let us know about coat condition, sensitivity, anxiety or handling needs in the form.

Additional charges can apply for matting, excessive shedding, difficult handling or extra time. We will speak with you before proceeding when a change is needed.

Extra care and handlingAdditional charges may apply if your pet needs extra time or specialised handling because of matting, coat condition, anxiety, stress, difficult or unsafe behaviour. Where practicable, PIKAPET will advise you before proceeding.

Collection after groomingOnce you are notified that your pet's groom is complete, the first 30 minutes of care are complimentary. After 30 minutes, a day-care fee of $15 AUD per additional hour or part of an hour applies until collection.
